Your bridge to clarity with ADHD
Discover the Clinical Bridge Programme from NeuroConsult ADHD Services, designed to provide comprehensive support after an ADHD diagnosis. We bridge the gap between diagnosis and functional living, offering clinically informed strategies and lived experience insights. We are here to guide you to a more understood and manageable life with ADHD.
The Clinical Bridge Program
This 6-week program is meticulously structured to provide a deep understanding and practical tools to help you navigate life with ADHD effectively.
The neuroanatomy of you
Focus on understanding the biological "why" behind your experiences to remove "moral" shame. We delve into executive function deficits and the dopamine reward system, using CCSP knowledge to explain why "willpower" is neurobiologically challenging for ADHDers. You will map your personal history against your diagnosis and learn practical tools like the "Dopamine Menu" to fuel your brain sustainably. The outcome is a shift from "I am lazy" to "My prefrontal cortex needs more support."
The physical foundation
This week focuses on stabilising your nervous system and body. We explore sleep architecture in ADHD, the impact of protein on neurotransmitters, and sensory processing sensitivities. We also discuss the "Physical ADHD Tax"—fatigue, burnout, and chronic stress—providing clinical support to address these challenges.
And much more to come
Our full programme continues to build on these foundations, offering comprehensive support for every aspect of living with ADHD. From emotional regulation to practical "home-ops" support, we provide the tools and understanding you need to thrive.
Who benefits most from our programme?
Our programme is tailored for individuals facing specific challenges after an ADHD diagnosis, providing targeted support to help you reclaim control and thrive.
The "High-Flyer" professional
Diagnosed at 35+, terrified their "masking" is failing, and needs systems to keep their career on track. Our programme offers strategies to manage executive function challenges and maintain professional performance.
The university student
Struggling with the transition to independent study; needs the "Executive Function" toolkit to avoid dropping out. We provide practical tools and support to enhance academic success and self-management.
The "Late-Diagnosed" parent
Managing their own new diagnosis while trying to raise neurodivergent children; needs emotional regulation and "home-ops" support. Our programme offers integrated strategies for managing personal and family life with ADHD.
What makes us different?
NeuroConsult ADHD Services offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, professional credentials, and lived experience that sets our programme apart from others in the UK. We bridge the gap between cold clinical environments and unregulated coaching.
The "Clinical Teeth" (RN & CCSP status)
Unlike many unregulated ADHD coaches, our programme benefits from the robust clinical foundation of a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and ADHD-CCSP credentials. This allows us to address the medical side of ADHD, transforming perceived "moral failings" into biological facts.
From "Moral Failing" to "Biological Fact"
Standard talk therapy often misinterprets ADHD symptoms through the lens of childhood trauma, leading to frustration. Our CCSP training provides psychoeducation, showing clients the "hardware" issues—like a prefrontal cortex struggling with impulse control—and offering a "lived experience" shortcut to understanding.
Our unique "Triple-Threat" position
As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ADHD-CCSP qualification and personal experience with ADHD, NeuroConsult offers a "Triple-Threat" approach. In the UK, options are often limited to brief medical reviews or unregulated lifestyle coaching. We bridge this gap, offering a clinically informed, empathetic, and effective programme that is unparalleled in the current landscape.
